Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us about any issues with your order.
Food Safety & Unopened Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened candy or food products. All returns must be in their original, unopened packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Freeze-Dried Candy Disclaimer Due to the delicate nature of freeze-dried candy, some crumbling or breakage during shipping is normal and does not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund Contact us at stwrtsfreezedried@gmail.com with your order number, photos of any issues, and a brief description of the problem.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
